The company is the Auger family for many generations, has always been cattle and horses, it is still a family run business where we have tried to tune into the experience of grandparents and parents with the enthusiasm and the desire to renew the young people, creating a perfect team where the love of our land is the engine of our work.

On the farm we raise more poultry, horses, pigs, donkeys, sheep, cattle, rabbits in the wild our company is their home and we are happy to live every day in perfect harmony with our animals.

In the fields produce fodder and grain for the feeding of our animals, cereals for the production of flour, vegetables and fruits of all kinds of different varieties for direct sales, processing and catering.
Located in Hazel a little village just 10 km north of the historic city of Ferrara, in the heart of the Po valley. It was founded in 2004 by the desire to convey the flavor of the genuine things, the atmosphere of the past and give the opportunity to others to enjoy our good fortune and be able to live even for a day in an environment where the air of relaxation and quietness allows us to be regarded as a haven of yesteryear

The menu changes every week depending on season and availability of the company.

And they are often organized dinners with themed menus. The kitchen is open to those staying with us only when booked in advance every night except Sunday night, while all the other guests to open only on Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday lunch.
And 'possible to organize dinners or lunches on other days by reservation only for groups of 15 or more. We also organize tastings of our products and typical products.
